A Stylist’s Life – Week 2

DAY 1 - Sunday

395 Simoleons

Fashion Design Portfolio at 7%

Megan’s first day off didn’t start well, the toilet broke – again!

Knowing that she needed to make money she harvested her little garden for fresh fruits and veg to sell at the local supermarket and gained Gardening Skill Level 2.

After moaning about her cheap shower Megan set off to the supermarket.

Needing to increase her painting skill for work she headed to the art gallery. After half an hour oohing and ahhing at a room divider she finally started painting!

And look what I found in the art gallery, Megan’s haystack painting!!

After a day of skill building Megan headed home.

DAY 2 – Monday

After replacing the cheap shower with an even cheaper one – thank you CC! Megan decided to tinker with it and managed to raise her Handyness skill to level 2.

She spent the rest of her day off tending to her garden and reaching Gardening skill level 3.

DAY 3 – Tuesday

Back to work, and the first client of the day is Rayna Kaminski

Rayna needed a new everyday outfit.

And here it is! This makeover gained Megan her 1^st promotion!!

Megan is now a Level 2 Stylist – Taffeta Trainee

With still a long way to go Megan looked for her next victim, um, I mean client ;)

Megan’s friend Meadow had decided to perform at the salon.

Now is that any look for a budding rock star? Megan didn’t think so!

Wow! I hardly recognise her!

Meadow was thrilled with her new look :)

Oh dear! I think you need a makeover!

Here she goes again!

And here is Debra Sowers looking much more like a little girl.

Hey! Is that really me? Thanks Megan!

By the end of the day Megan had enough money to finally buy the Drafters Companion!!

DAY 4 – Wednesday

Megan awoke in a wonderful mood and even got to Cooking level 3 making her favourite breakfast – pancakes!

With the promotion to Taffeta Trainee came a new uniform!

Meadows career was going well since she got her new look :)

Megan’s first job was Trigger Broke who needed a new wardrobe after quitting his job.

You’re right. Those trousers have to go!

Trigger left swiftly after Megan broke out into fits of hysterics at flashbacks of his old trousers.

Luckily he still paid her!

After a hard days work Megan relaxed in her garden and reached Gardening level 4.

DAY 5 – Thursday

Megan was sent these Decorative Fire Tools for being a celebrity. She was hoping for a new cooker (as was I!) as apparently the current one is cooking the food unevenly!

Megan’s first job today is Rhoda Bagley who needs new accessories.

She also got new boots :)

Megan spent the rest of the day on her new drafting table and reached Painting level 4.

She also reached 10,000 Lifetime Reward Points so I bought the Profession Simoleon Booster. Hopefully this should help towards all the new things she keeps asking for!!

Day 6 – Friday

Meadow was back to see Megan. After becoming a mother she needed a new, softer look.

think she likes it.

It also gained Megan her next promotion!

Megan is now a Level 3 Stylist – Polka Dot Specialist.

While chatting to Madame Hooch, Megan discovered that the poor workaholic was currently unemployed.

Well in that outfit I’m not surprised! How about I give you a new job hunting look?

Now who wouldn’t hire this lovely lady eh?

Arrgghh! Triffid!!

At the end of hard days styling there is nothing worse than the death of a family member.

RIP Tomato plant :(

DAY 7 – Saturday

Well Megan is really leaping up the skill ladder and has reached Cooking level 4!!

Tell me, how long before I can get a maid? I need a maid!

Best you get to work then!!

Here is the Polka Dot Specialist uniform!

Her promotion allows Megan to style sims in the comfort of their own homes.

First up a House Party outfit for Hannah Jones.

She really loves the makeover!!

Next we have Betty Simovitch who wants a new Everyday look.

Betty was Megan’s 10^th sim styled which won her a service award

Megan visited City Hall to collect the Stylish Trophy.

But there was still work to be done in the shape of Jebidiah Wilson. Megan couldn’t help but grin as she shook his hand, she was quite taken with him.
