Week 3

A Stylist’s Life – Week 3

DAY 1 – SUNDAY

1130 Simoleons

Fashion Design Portfolio 25%

So we begin another week with the toilet being broken as usual!  However Megan reached Handiness level 4 fixing it :)

She also reached gardening Level 5

After tending to her garden, Megan decided to enter the Grill-A-Thon at The Gazebo.

After hours of cooking hot dogs, Megan was beaten by Shirley Lin and her Steak.

Grill Hog!!

DAY 2 – MONDAY

Megan is still complaining about her cooker and the death of her beloved lettuce plant only worsened her mood.

After a Karaoke session in the shower – love the way sims sing in the shower!

She worked on her career by researching fashion concepts.

Then off to the supermarket to sell her wares – fruits and veggies that is ;)

Megan headed home in a bad mood.  The day hadn’t gone well.  Then her phone rang, it was Jebediah wishing her goodnight :)

DAY 3 – TUESDAY

                And back to work after a very uneventful weekend!!

Her first job was a house party outfit for Kurt Shallow

Hmm there are really not enough clothes for elders!!  But she did her best and earned herself a promotion! 

Megan is now Stylist level 4 – Houndstooth Soothsayer

To celebrate her promotion, Megan stopped off at the Bistro for lunch.

And here is her new Level 4 uniform!!

Her next job was a revenge wardrobe for Don Lothario who had just been dumped by his girlfriend.

We have a winner!

Instead of heading home, Megan decided to visit Jebediah (known as Jeb from now on – easier to type!!)

After bombarding him with questions, she found out Jeb was indeed single!

Over a broken sink they shared their first kiss :)

Jeb got a little over excited and didn’t want Megan to leave!  Hmm not needy eh?

DAY 4 – WEDNESDAY

                After some early morning painting, Megan got her first job of the day.

Apparently Jeb wants some new facial hair!!

So here it is!

After a quick smooch, Megan headed off to job number 2

New hairstyle for Walter Grisby.

Wow! Check out the snoz on this guy!!

Megan’s third job was a senior wardrobe for Tom Shallow.

After being attacked by his cane a few times, Megan finally managed a half decent makeover!

Back at home she got back to researching fashion concepts and gained another promotion!!

Megan is now stylist Level 5 – Trendsetter in training.

And yep.  The toilet has broken – AGAIN!

Megan cooked herself spag bol before bed and reached level 5 Cooking.

DAY 5 – THURSDAY

Here is Megan’s new level 5 uniform!

Todays first job is new athletic wear for Buck Broke

She is getting good at this!!

And then a new baby wardrobe for Madame Hooch.

Oh yeah!

I am sick and tired of all this cleaning!! When can I get a maid!!

Oh, go on then.  I guess you can afford it now.

So Megan hired a maid

We also built an extension on the house to allow for a bigger bedroom and a double bed *wink wink*

Megan was upset after the death of another family member – urm plant.

So called Jeb over for a little cheering up.

Megan was just telling Jeb about her new extension when his beeper went off and he had to head to the hospital :(

And the sink broke.  But that would have to wait until morning!!

I have finally given in to her demands for a better cooker and got her a new one.

DAY 6 – FRIDAY

So first things first and there is a sink that needs a fixing!  Megan reached level 4 handiness.

No complaints about the cooker today then!!

Megan’s first job took her to this prison, urm, house.

And a rather grumpy old man called Hunter Cotteneye wanted a new hair colour.

Megan did her best even though he hardly had any hair!!

Megan had now gained enough points for me to invest in the Observant and Eye Candy awards.

I also bought her an easel.

Her next job was a new hairstyle for Keon Bermudez.

He was much friendlier than that Hunter guy!!

After breaking in her new easel and reaching painting level 6 Megan called Jeb and invited him over.

This time he was able to stay a while!

Megan asked him to go steady

And she finally got to put that new double bed to use!!

DAY 7 – SATURDAY

                Megan cooked Jeb breakfast before they both headed off to work.

First we have Rhoda Bagley who wants a new hairstyle.

Argghh!  She blinked!!

And next was Santiago Bermudez who wanted a new career wardrobe.

Much better – he looks years younger!

Megan tried to persuade his sister and showed her the amazing portfolio she had compiled but to no avail :(

As her last job was just across the road from Jebs house, Megan decided to pop in.

And propose!!

He said yes :)

Of course the first thing Megan did was announce her engagement on FB!!

Megan stayed at Jebs that night until he was called to an emergency in the early hours.

Megan headed home with a smile on her face, looking forward to what the next week would bring.
